At Crystalline Tarot, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to ensure that you have a smooth and positive shopping experience.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item has been delivered
The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video or photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Customised or personalised items
- Natural variations in crystals such as color, shape, or texture, as these are natural characteristics
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Replacements
If the returned product is available in stock, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund, based on the customer’s preference.
